My wife and I began noticing termite activity but dreaded the thought of tenting. We shopped around for alternatives and she found West Coast Termite. The owner, Brett spoke with her and came out to give a free inspection. Brett is the epitome of what customer service and professionalism should be. He informed us that we didn't have to tent and explained why. He was extremely personable, professional and patient. We scheduled a treatment and no deposit was required. He arrived at the time stated with one of his employees. The whole thing was done quickly and thoroughly. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone who needs termite control. Like someone else already stated. I called West Coast Termite to get a second opinion after another termite control company told us we had termite infestation in the attic, as well as many areas on the outside and would have to tent our home. I scheduled a second opinion because the previous termite company that came out was identifying a lot of areas on their report that I had just replaced with new facial/Wood boards that was my first clue that the previous company was trying to charge for unnecessary work.
Brett was courteous and friendly on the telephone and I was able to schedule a consultation the next day. He showed up on time, performed the inspection of the interior and exterior of the house, including the attic. When he was done, he told us that a tent fumigation was not warranted; that our termites could be handled with a spot treatment. He clearly explained the process he was recommending.
We scheduled the spot treatment application. Brett showed up at the appointed time, performed the work efficiently, patched up the holes he drilled for the treatment, and cleaned up the site.
We were pleased with the professionalism and courtesy he displayed.

I emailed Brett on a Tuesday night, he emailed me back and telephoned the next day. Showed up promptly that Saturday, thoroughly inspected my house for termites, including the attic, identified three infestation locations, and came back on Monday and treated for termites. Completely done in less than one week.
Brett's price was about 30% lower than an estimate from an earlier inspector, that didn't bother to look in our attic. Moreover, Brett guarantees his work for a year. If we notice another infestation, he'll return and take care of it.

Brett the owner came himself. Assessed the situation of the termite infestation promptly and "walked" me through it thoroughly and explained in detail how he would treat it and with what chemicals. Price is very reasonable. We agreed and Brett got to work and heaved and puffed his way through the attic. I think he was up there for a good few hours.
