I give them an A+ Rating for Honesty, Courtesy, Knowledge and Professionalism I called West Coast Termite to get a second opinion after another termite control company told us we had termite infestation in the attic, as well as many areas on the outside and would have to tent our home. I scheduled a second opinion because the previous termite company that came out was identifying a lot of areas on their report that I had just replaced with new facial/Wood boards that was my first clue that the previous company was trying to charge for unnecessary work. It was the best mistake I have made in a while. Honestly, I work for a competitor, and even with my "employee discount" your quotation was much better-covering both kinds of termites that we had. I am happy to say your quote was exactly what we paid when the job was completed.

Your guys were thorough, professional and as neat as someone can be doing this kind of work. Believe me I have seen some bad examples. I've always been told to be wary of low pricing because the quality of the work may leave a bad taste in your mouth long after the pleasure of the savings has dissipated(or something like that) I was pleasantly surprised to get an aggressive price as well as promises kept.

Two additional things I can say too: Your guys trimmed some serious bushes I had not thought of on one side of my garage that were in my neighbors yard. Also they were concerned about theft that has been known to occur during the tenting period and placed a temporary alarm on the tent-both at no additional charge. Nice.

We were very pleased and enjoyed your professional approach, candor and honesty. I always say there are people out there that do good work and that under promise and over perform. Thanks for being one of them.
